STEP 1 - FACE & BODY CLEANSER

Use one pump in the shower to wash your face and two pumps for your body.
As a pre-shave/face wash over the basin, use one pump to clean and soften your beard prior to shaving.

Rinse and pat dry.

STEP 2 - FACE SCRUB

Over a basin or in the shower, apply some Face Scrub in the palm of your hands (about a 20c piece size) then with both hands apply it to your face and neck. Wet your finger tips and gently massage in circles over your face, sides & top of your nose, working down to your neck and chest (apply more product if necessary). Add water and keep massaging.  It should take less than a minute to do all these areas.  Then rinse. 

STEP 3 - FACE MUD MASQUE

Out of the shower, pat your skin dry then apply your Face Mud Masque over your face (see Tim Cahill’s application below) – now it’s time to sit back and relax for 15-20 minutes!  

When it dries, wet your fingers and masque, then massage it back to a creamy paste, then rinse it off.  Adding a little water and massaging makes it much easier to remove.   

STEP 4 - EYE & LIP SERUM

Did you know that a wrinkle is just a dehydrated line?  For example, we’re all born like nice plump plums, then we dehydrate into prunes/wrinkles. 

To stop fine lines from developing into wrinkles Eye & Lip Serum intensely hydrates the fine eye area and lip lines, above and around your lips.  Apply one pump to your finger tips and starting at the outer corners of your eyes, gently spread it in towards your nose then over the eye lids.  Try not to make the skin move! Directions

STEP 1

Volumising Shampoo
Daily or every other day

• Wet your hair thoroughly with warm water.
• Apply 2 pumps of Volumising Shampoo to your palm and rub your hands together.
• Apply to your scalp and hair and massage well making sure to move the scalp deeply as this stimulates healthy blood supply to the follicles.
• Rinse thoroughly with warm water before applying VITAMAN'S Volumising Conditioner.
• If hair is extra dirty and needs a 2nd clean, repeat shampoo steps

STEP 2

Volumising Conditioner
Daily or every other day

• Apply 2 pumps of Volumising Conditioner to your palm and rub your hands together.
• Apply to your scalp and hair and Massage for 5-10 seconds making sure to move the scalp deeply as this stimulates healthy blood supply to the follicles.
• Comb the conditioner through your hair (optional).
• Then rinse thoroughly with warm water.

STEP 3

Hair Food
Daily or every other day

• Step out of the shower and gently towel dry hair.
• Apply 1 pump of Hair Food to your hands and rub them together and apply to your scalp and hair.
• Comb your hair and leave to dry naturally or blow dry your hair

• If you have more time to treat your hair and scalp, apply 4 pumps of Hair Food to wet or dry, clean hair.
