Directions

STEP 1

Volumising Shampoo
Daily or every other day

• Wet your hair thoroughly with warm water.
• Apply 2 pumps of Volumising Shampoo to your palm and rub your hands together.
• Apply to your scalp and hair and massage well making sure to move the scalp deeply as this stimulates healthy blood supply to the follicles.
• Rinse thoroughly with warm water before applying VITAMAN'S Volumising Conditioner.
• If hair is extra dirty and needs a 2nd clean, repeat shampoo steps

STEP 2

Volumising Conditioner
Daily or every other day

• Apply 2 pumps of Volumising Conditioner to your palm and rub your hands together.
• Apply to your scalp and hair and Massage for 5-10 seconds making sure to move the scalp deeply as this stimulates healthy blood supply to the follicles.
• Comb the conditioner through your hair (optional).
• Then rinse thoroughly with warm water.

STEP 3

Hair Food
Daily or every other day

• Step out of the shower and gently towel dry hair.
• Apply 1 pump of Hair Food to your hands and rub them together and apply to your scalp and hair.
• Comb your hair and leave to dry naturally or blow dry your hair
  
  
  OPTIONAL EXTRA:
• If you have more time to treat your hair and scalp, apply 4 pumps of Hair Food to wet or dry, clean hair.
• Massage and leave in for at least 20 minutes.
• Rinse with warm water and follow with Volumising Conditioner.
