The styling creme is light, not greasy and washes out easily. It has a nice, faint smell out of the can. Hold strength is light, but that’s what I needed for my hair at this stage of growth and natural style. It adds a bit of healthy shine, volume, and helps tame the frizz.
I have tried many different styling cremes, putties, and pastes from BluMaan and Pete and Pedro which I have liked but this is deferentially my favorite and what I will be using.
Used Vitaman for several years.
It is like having nothing on your hair. It is a great product.
I really love this stuff! I was coming from American Crew Fiber, but wanted to try something with more natural ingredients since I sometimes will fall asleep before I can wash it out (which is bad bad bad). Emulsifying (rubbing between your hands before applying) is absolutely essential - don't put it in directly.
Color: Adobe color that turns white when you emulsify. Clear when you work it in.
Hold/feel: Light and breezy. I can run my fingers through it without getting stuck. Just enough to spike up the front and brush it over to one side. Holds through the day, though a good breeze will move it, but has a light tack so you can basically brush it back the way it was. Also feels like I'm not wearing hair product which is a plus.
TL;DR: It's on the pricier side but works well for a light hold that lasts and has ingredients that seem less harmful than others. If you're only using a dab or two each day to get your hair in order, it's totally worth the cost.
Does exactly what's promised and does it perfect. Love the smell!
