Im almost done trying out every Vitaman hair product, but I've had my eye on the Styling Cream for quite awhile now. I typically don't use low hold products, I like getting my hair to stay in place while also being soft and easy to move, but as always, Vitaman delivers something exceptional. Despite the low hold labelling (it feels more like a medium hold to me), the control that you get is amazing. The cream really binds hairs to each other, but doesn't just freeze them in place, allowing it to move, but letting it move in unison (if that makes sense). The scent is pretty nice, though I still don't think anything beats the lemon-y smell of the pomade. This might just be me, but I swear I almost smelled a hint of tobacco after getting the product on my palms, though I highly doubt that's the case. Maybe its just the cigar guy in me smelling some sort of other note (wood, earthy, etc) that has me thinking its got a real nice tobacco smell to it. Its also a fairly low shine, but not quite matte in my eyes product. I feel like most of the shine I see after using this product is just what my hair naturally has, but it definitely adds at least a small amount. Overall, I can definitely see myself using this product when I want a lower shine than the pomade, and a lighter hold than the matt mud. It fits in that nice little middle area for me, and the results turn out amazing!

My boyfriend has naturally wavy hair and needs to be tamed or it gets "fluffy". He has been using this styling cream for at least the last 3 years we have been together and I recently bit the bullet and set him up on an auto-renewal so he never runs out. This is by far superior to any other product he's tried using. His hair doesn't have that stiff feeling that you sometimes get with other styling creams or hair gels. It feels natural and soft and has a really light scent that I love!
